SitusAMC REVS business acquisition plan terminated

SitusAMC announced its decision to retain its Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) business and commitment to invest $20 million of capital to expand technology capabilities for the business.

Altus Group Limited then delivered a termination notice with respect to its previously announced acquisition of the REVS business.
