Bipartisan legislation introduced to improve home appraisals

To strengthen the home appraisal workforce and speed up the appraisal process, U.S. Sens. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) and Jon Tester (D-MT) recently introduced the bipartisan Appraisal Industry Improvement Act.

It aims to improve access to housing in rural communities across the country.
