Colliers/U.S. recently announced that Aimee Morgan Nicotra has joined the company as a managing director for the South-Central Region, leading the multifamily team. In this role, Nicotra will leverage her 14 years of commercial real estate experience to grow the South-Central multifamily team in conjunction with Colliers’ growing national multifamily valuation practice, according to a press release.
“We’re excited to have Aimee’s capabilities to continue our ongoing focus on growing our multifamily practice group amongst other asset-specific practices, further enhancing our ability to provide timely, best in class valuation services to our valued clients,” Jerry Gisclair, Colliers Valuation executive vice president, U.S. client service and relations, said in the release.

Prior to joining Colliers, Nicotra served as managing director of JLL’s national multifamily valuation practice, where she cultivated a prolific business practice rooted in strategic operational and business development efforts. Her commercial real estate career began at CBRE where she served as a regional multifamily lead for client care among other roles.
