Valuation Review attended the 2023 ASA International Conference in New Orleans to sit in on the session “Repair and Alteration of Jewels and its Effect on Value” presented by Duncan Parker, vice president and jewelry specialist at Dupuis Fine Jewelry Auctioneers.
