Mortgage and financial technology provider SharperLending expanded its sales organization by welcoming Joe Ware as the new vice president of sales, according to a release.
Ware will play an important leadership role in the expansion of the company’s technology product line and will focus on delivering streamlined social distancing solutions to credit unions and banks.
Such duties will drive loan pipeline efficiency with the company’s Verisite mobile appraisal tools, and improve financial institutions’ residential and commercial real estate appraisal processes as a whole with the Appraisal Firewall platform.
“The wheels of innovation continue to move at SharperLending, and we are excited for the progression of our products to migrate into the mobile age to best assist our clients,” SharperLending President David Chiappe said in the release. “Joe’s experience and leadership will help us get there sooner with exciting new deliverables in valuation, origination and servicing technologies.”
Ware has more than 25 years in the real estate appraisal and settlement services industries. Most recently he served as national sales manager for Xome appraisal management technology, driving product strategy and client base expansion.
Ware’s new role will further distinguish SharperLending’s suite of products as the popular technology choice for banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders, the company said.
“SharperLending’s reputation of providing the most innovative and technologically advanced solutions to lenders coupled with the dynamic, positive culture creates the optimal work environment,” Ware said. “I am thrilled to help mortgage clients exceed their goals, and to partner with them to ensure they achieve the greatest operational efficiencies and assist in providing their customers and members with the best service.”
