Appraisal Logistic Solutions, LLC (ALS) announced that the company’s AIM-Port technology platform now is integrated with SimpleNexus’ digital mortgage platform for loan officers, borrowers and real estate agents, ALS said in a press release.
AIMPort is a single source solution developed to bring management and operations teams, technical tools and vendor partners together. The platform improves workflow efficiency and accuracy in a cost-effective manner to support the lender’s own vendor process, the company stated.
With the integration of the two technologies, the SimpleNexus mobile app will notify loan officers when key valuation-related actions occur during the loan origination process. If a mortgage lender has additional automatic email alerts built into its valuation workflow, those alerts also will be pushed to loan officers. The alerts will include a direct link to the appraisal order in AIM-Port.

The SimpleNexus app enables borrowers to apply for a home loan, upload supporting documents and view loan status from any mobile device.
