ASC grants North Dakota waiver

In June, the Appraisal Subcommittee received a request for a temporary waiver request from the state of North Dakota, the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions and the North Dakota Bankers Association regarding appraiser certification or licensing requirements.

FHA acting director addresses compliance delay

Report: Home values reach highest point since 2007
