FHFA NPL report shows steady drop in delinquencies

The Federal Housing Finance Agency’s report on non-performing loans (NPLs) sold by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac through the first half of 2024 showed the Fannie and Freddie sold 2,969 NPLs, representing an unpaid principal balance of $500 million.

First American data shows modest 2024 house price growth
