Appraisers and valuation professionals, are you ready for the biggest change to appraisal reports in over a decade? Join us for an exclusive, must-attend webinar breaking down the upcoming release of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s new dynamic appraisal reports — what they are, how they work, and what you need to do to stay compliant.

Our expert panel will explore how these new reports aim to improve efficiency, standardization and transparency across the valuation process — and what this means for your day-to-day operations.

Your key takeaways will include:

  • How dynamic formatting accommodates all property types
  • Why appraisal data is now broken into clearly defined, objective sections
  • Enhanced clarity and condition ratings to reduce subjectivity
  • Timeline and testing: What to expect before the Limited Production Period begins Sept. 8
  • How the changes align with MISMO 3.6 standards and what that means for your software
  • Mobile and tech readiness — adapting to an evolving digital environment
  • Direct insights into the motivations behind the updates from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

These changes are just around the corner — don’t wait to get up to speed. Prepare now so you’re ready when they go live. Watch today!
