We’re excited to share an important update about the future of our appraisal industry coverage.
Beginning in December, all appraisal-related news will be moving to our Dodd Frank Update publication. This transition will allow you to continue receiving the appraisal insights you rely on, while also giving you access to broader coverage of the mortgage, lending and financial services compliance landscape—all in one place.
What This Means for You
Starting Monday, November 17, you’ll begin receiving our free Dodd Frank Update email newsletter along with your regular Valuation Review email newsletters.
For all Valuation Review subscriptions purchased from today through December 15th, you’ll continue receiving Valuation Review while also gaining access to appraisal coverage inside Dodd Frank Update.

Key Dates
- Friday, November 14th - Subscribers will receive full access to appraisal coverage posted on Dodd Frank Update and Valuation Review.
- Monday, November 17th - you will begin receiving the Dodd Frank Update email newsletters. These updates will arrive on Mondays and Wednesdays and provide you the opportunity to explore the expanded coverage now available for our subscribers. You can find the latest appraisal coverage on the DoddFrankUpdate.com homepage and by navigating to News by Topic, then selecting Appraisal News.
- Thursday, December 4th -the final Valuation Review email newsletter will be sent.
- Monday, December 8th – The final edition of Valuation Review will be sent to subscribers, and going forward all appraisal news will be available exclusively through Dodd Frank Update. You’ll still be able to visit both websites for the foreseeable future.
