Valuation Review recently spoke with Shawn Telford, chief valuation officer with CoreLogic, who shared his thoughts on what looked good in 2024 from an appraisal standpoint, and what appraisers can anticipate in the new year.

Telford sees the focus on appraisal report quality, driven in large part by the feedback to the mortgage industry from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as being a positive.
