Jeff Morley was recently appointed to The Appraisal Foundation’s (TAF) Board of Trustees (BOT), according to a news update from the National Association of Appraisers (NAA).
Morley is a dedicated board member of the NAA, and his passion for the appraisal profession has earned him a significant new role. He has been nominated, interviewed and confirmed to TAF’s BOT for a 4-year term, and looks forward to helping shape the future of property valuation standards and qualifications.
As a BOT member, Morley will contribute to the organization's mission of promoting the public trust in the valuation profession, setting ethical standards and determining the necessary criteria to enter the profession, NAA said.
His current and prior service to the profession, deep industry knowledge and leadership experience within NAA make him an outstanding addition to the board.
“Morley’s journey in the appraisal profession has been defined by his commitment to education, professionalism, and leadership,” NAA said in its release. “Throughout his time on the NAA Board, he has helped shape policies that support appraisers, strengthen industry regulations, and foster innovation.”
It was also noted that Morley’s appointment is not just a personal milestone, but a testament to the value NAA board members bring to the profession.
“I’m honored to serve on the Board of Trustees and look forward to contributing to the important work of The Appraisal Foundation,” Morley said. “The future of our profession relies on strong standards, thoughtful leadership, and a commitment to excellence, and I’m excited to be part of that mission. I am also grateful to the NAA for their trust in nominating me as a Partner Organization to The Appraisal Foundation.”
