Firm acquires commercial real estate valuation business

Altus Group Limited, provider of asset and fund intelligence for commercial real estate, recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire the commercial real estate valuation and advisory services business of Situs Group LLC., a SitusAMC company.  

The transaction will include REVS’ (Real Estate Valuation Services) commercial solutions for valuation management as well as related appraisal and consulting services.
