Appraiser indicted for elevated appraisals

An appraiser who allegedly provided fraudulently elevated appraisals in support of fraudulent loan applications in connection with two different mortgage fraud schemes was indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges of bank fraud and wire and bank fraud conspiracy.
