Walitt Solutions, the compliance and real estate consulting firm, recently welcomed Stacy Caprioli to the company as its senior valuation and regulatory consultant, according to a release.

“We are excited to add her expertise to the support it provides clients,” the company stated.

Caprioli has been a member of the appraisal profession for the last 18 years with a comprehensive depth of experience. She began her career performing mass appraisal and public sector commercial inspection work, which often mirrors the goals of the modernization efforts in place today.

This role, the company said, further provided a passion for strength in training, advanced education, and diversification of the profession. As a certified residential appraiser, Caprioli has made an impact on diverse roles in repurchase demands, quality control, compliance, and modernization.

Her emphasis continues to be on the equity of access to the appraisal profession. Her goals include aiding the compliant expansion of access to diverse methods of learning.

Additionally, Caprioli has been recognized with the “Elite Woman and Mortgage Star” awards in 2023 and was also highlighted with the esteemed first offering of the SAVVY award from The Appraisal Foundation honoring women in valuation as well as personal/ professional volunteerism.

Caprioli is a member of the National Association of Appraisers.
