First Valuation, a nationwide provider of customized residential and commercial collateral valuation products and services, announced the promotion of industry veteran Jordan Wilde to the role of vice president of sales and marketing

The move became effective Jan. 6.

Wilde joined First Valuation in February 2014 as a national account executive based out of the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. His demonstrated leadership capabilities and industry knowledge in his time with the company prompted the promotion, the company said.

Wilde brings more than 13 years of sales and management experience in the mortgage banking and real estate industries to the position, most notably in originations, private lending and loss mitigation. 

In his new role, Wilde will direct the company’s sales and marketing efforts, as well as client relations and acquisitions, business development and oversight of the sales team. Wilde’s goals in the coming year are to continue to improve company sales, strengthen the quality of First Valuation’s product and service offerings, and help clients better adhere to compliance standards in valuations. 

First Valuation provides broker price opinions, commercial property valuation services, hybrid property valuations, property condition reports, property value reconciliations and reviews, retrospective property value reviews, and rental real restate data and analytics, among other services.
