Artificial intelligence (AI) services provider Pythonic Corp. recently announced its integration with Stewart Lender Services.
Company leaders said the integration enables streamlined processing of closing disclosure (CD) forms by reading the lender documents and then structuring the data. It uses AI to compare lender information with the data in Stewart’s title production system, enabling complete automation of the fee collaboration process.
Stewart said its relationship with Pythonic is the result of a larger, ongoing effort to incorporate cutting-edge technology into its workflows, inclusive of CD processing. The company added it selected Pythonic as a partner for its expertise and technology to automate core processes at scale while preserving quality, data security, and precision.
“We’re excited to integrate with Pythonic’s machine learning services to streamline the processing of closing disclosures and our fee collaboration workflows,” Chris Richardson, senior vice president of lender services at Stewart, said in a release.
Beth Fowler, executive vice president of lender services at Stewart, added, “This integration offers speed, enhanced quality, and automation combined with expected data security to protect information, which collectively benefits our lender customers as we finalize the settlement statement and CD for closing.”
Pythonic’s large language and computer vision models can read and understand scanned documents, PDFs, and emails, bringing immediate time savings to various parts of escrow production. In addition to automated CD processing, Pythonic’s AI services help streamline order entry by automatically generating orders from emails and purchase agreements. In addition, it can automate document package splitting and restacking tasks. All of this technology ultimately makes jobs less tedious and enables teams of any sized operation to focus on more essential responsibilities.
“Modern machine learning technologies are transformative in their capabilities,” Pythonic co-founder and CEO Matt Younkle said. “Pythonic’s mission is to make it easy for title agents and underwriters to put the power of these next-generation tools to work in their business. We are thrilled to be working with Stewart on this mission.”
