RES.NET, a subsidiary of USRES and a provider of software applications connecting real estate professionals and consumers, has introduced customized technology services to its field of offerings. The company now builds exclusive software for servicers, which can connect to existing RES.NET technology or be created as completely new technology to accommodate clients’ specific business practices and compliance considerations.
“This new service is part of the ongoing evolution of RES.NET,” RES.NET founder and CEO Keith Guenther said. “In 2003, we designed the RES.NET platform to address the overarching needs of the mortgage industry. Adopting this technology allowed our clients to meet various business requirements and connect all participants of a transaction, including servicers, banks, vendors, agents and consumers. We then began offering customized solutions in an enterprise environment, and now are expanding to offer clients a complete technology service.”
RES.NET announced the availability of its custom tasking functionality in 2012, which enables servicers and asset managers to create customized workflows, define tasks and administer changes without relying on expensive and time-consuming programming resources. Custom workflows are designed with the assistance of RES.NET account managers, who assist clients to evaluate their business needs and create the optimal workflow and sequence of distinct tasks. Clients can quickly modify workflows on their own, giving them the advantages of a custom solution with the affordability of an “off the shelf” platform.
“For many servicers, an already established platform meets their needs; however, others have extremely complex portfolios and unique compliance requirements for which customized software is best,” Guenther said. “Offering a tailor-designed platform mirrors the enormous impact technology has on our industry and economy at large, and with our team’s industry experience and technology expertise, RES.NET is now a full-service partner.”
