Crispin Bennett has been appointed chief operating officer (COO) at Allterra Group, LLC, the company announced in a release.
“Crispin is a seasoned and trusted leader with extensive management experience who consistently delivers results. He is a uniquely qualified industry leader with appraiser experience, lender experience as well as serving in management at an AMC,” Allterra Group CEO Joan Trice said in the release.
“I have tremendous confidence in Crispin’s ability to align Allterra Group’s strategy to lead the way through some interesting challenges that face the appraisal profession,” Trice added.
Bennett first joined Collateral Risk Network as a member in early 2000s when he was serving as chief appraiser for one of the largest AMCs in the nation at that time.
He also has served as a chief collateral risk officer for several large banks providing oversight of operations and compliance of residential and commercial valuation and collateral risk operations, and most recently served as chief valuation officer for Finance of America, a Blackstone company and one of the largest non-bank lenders in the U.S
In addition to other selected duties, Bennett will be responsible for the operations and strategy for Valuation Expo, the release said.
