Velox Valuations, a national real estate appraisal firm, recently announced that it is actively hiring Certified Residential appraisers across several key markets in the United States. This strategic hiring push aims to support the company’s growing network and meet the rising demand for reliable, high-quality appraisal services, Velox Valuations said in a press release.

Velox is looking for experienced Certified Residential appraisers in Columbus, Ohio, Cincinnati, Orlando, Fla., Des Moines, Iowa, and Indianapolis.

Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to advance their careers in a supportive, tech-driven environment, the company stated.

Candidate requirements include holding an active license, demonstrating geographic competency and possessing strong communication and time-management skills.

The expansion follows several recent franchise launches in major markets, including San Diego, Nashville, Tenn., Dallas, Jacksonville, Fla., and most recently, Central Maryland and South Carolina.

Velox also celebrated its five-year anniversary this spring, a milestone that reflects the brand’s steady growth and commitment to innovation in the appraisal industry, the release stated.
