Velox Valuations recently announced the launch of its newest franchised business serving the greater Jacksonville area and Florida’s First Coast,
The launch of this franchise marks a strategic step in Velox’s ongoing national expansion and underscores the company’s commitment to empowering local leaders to elevate the residential appraisal industry, Velox Valuations said in a press release.
Michael Soud, a seasoned real estate professional and Jacksonville native, is the franchise owner behind Velox Valuations’ newest location in the First Coast.
With a multifaceted career that spans real estate brokerage, appraisal, ministry and entrepreneurship, Soud brings over two decades of business leadership to the role.
“I’ve spent my life building businesses and serving communities, and Velox offered the ideal blend of infrastructure, innovation and values to support this next chapter,” Soud said in the release. “The company’s technology and approach not only raise the bar for appraisal services but also give professionals like me the opportunity to grow something meaningful and lasting.
“We’re confident in Velox Valuation’s ability to meet the increasing demand for trusted appraisal services across Florida’s First Coast,” Soud added.
The Jacksonville-based franchise, which officially launched on May 1, serves the entire First Coast region, including Duval, St. Johns, Nassau and Clay Counties, with plans to service additional counties. As the owner, Soud brings a community-first mindset to his new venture, with goals of expanding the business with employment opportunities for appraisers, raising awareness of non-lending appraisal services and fostering a more collaborative, respected culture for appraisers in the region.
“Michael represents the kind of entrepreneurial spirit and professional credibility we look for in Velox franchisees,” Velox Valuations CEO Chad Barker said. “His passion for excellence, deep Jacksonville ties and commitment to elevating the appraisal profession make him an ideal leader to bring our mission to the First Coast.”
