‘No findings’ in HUD investigation of TAF

On July 11, The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) concluded a conciliation agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) following the completion of HUD’s investigation of TAF’s policies and practices and real property appraiser qualification criteria which began in December 2021.

No findings resulted from the process.
