Integra Realty Resources (IRR) recently announced a key promotion in its San Francisco office. A move was made regarding the appointment of Liani Moore, who has 15 years of commercial real estate experience, to the position of managing director, IRR announced in a press release.
“Liani’s well-deserved promotion reflects her hard work, dedication to her clients, and commitment to our firm,” Jeffrey Fillmore, senior managing director of IRR-San Francisco office, said in the release. “We are fortunate to have her as a valuable member of our team in San Francisco, where she will continue to use her unique skills and proven track record of success to drive growth and excellence in our office.”
Moore began her career with IRR in 2006, and has served the San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Sacramento metros since this time. While her consultation and valuation practice encompass a variety of commercial property types, including retail, office, industrial, self-storage, and special purpose, her experience is focused specifically on institutional-grade, mixed-use multifamily assets in the San Francisco and Los Angeles urban cores, the company stated.
Moore brings expertise in assignments pertaining to the various stages of the development process, from pre-development through stabilization. Her experience ranges from boutique, luxury apartment and condominium projects to 200- to 700-unit institutional-grade properties.
Additionally, the release said, she has developed a specialty practice in the emerging industrial and retail cannabis-related real estate markets. Moore has geographic expertise in the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area, the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, the Inland Empire, the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan Area, the Central Valley, and Hawaii.
Moore is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a licensed appraiser in California and Hawaii.
IRR’s San Francisco office provides valuation and advisory services covering a broad spectrum of property types and client services.
