Clearbox, LLC, a comprehensive credentials database of appraisers, trainees, real estate agents, and property data collectors, recently announced a new integration. Clearbox integrated its vendor panel management solution suite with the Voxtur Analytics Corp. valuation technology, Anow, according to a press release.
Through this partnership, lenders and appraisal management companies (AMCs) using the Voxtur platform gain access to data on more than 16,000 appraisers registered with Clearbox to recruit, vet, and manage their vendor fee panels effectively, the release stated.
Voxtur provides a comprehensive suite of valuation management solutions for lenders, AMCs and appraisers to automate and manage valuation orders in real time, while promoting regulatory compliance. With a combination of automation, robust functionality and proprietary technology, Voxtur said it makes managing the valuation process simple and efficient.
“We are committed to providing our customers the best vendor management tools and enabling greater third-party oversight,” Voxtur Chief Valuation Officer Ernie Durbin said in the release. “Through the seamless integration with Clearbox, we are providing our clients greater visibility and control over the vendors they engage during the valuation process.”
The Clearbox vendor panel management suite offers solutions to all stakeholders in the real estate industry, including appraisers, agents and brokers, lenders, AMCs, property data collectors and regulators. It is a single source for all credentials, including background checks and disciplinary records of appraisers located across the nation.
“We are very excited about this integration with our API,” said Joan Trice, founder and CEO of Clearbox. “Now Voxtur users will have access to every appraiser in the United States, making the Voxtur platform a real standout in the space.”
