ValueScape recently revealed that its Artificial Intelligence Data Augmentation Algorithm (AIDA) has exceeded its 2020 milestone of auditing four million interior and exterior property images contained in reports used for collateral risk assessment, the company announced in a release.
ValueScape said it is focused on capturing and producing Artificial Intelligence (AI) augmented home inspection and valuation data to power data visualization for intelligent decisioning for more accurate collateral risk assessment by lenders and their agents.
ValueScape’s cutting-edge patent pending AI technology in computer vision, image recognition and image data augmentation is combined with ValueScape’s advanced analytics and quality control (QC) to obtain insightful information embedded in images including property characteristics and property condition, and to compare AI data against the data and narrative in reports, the company stated.
ValueScape AI-enabled QC review takes seconds but contributes to substantial reduction in the turn-time for report delivery to the lender for use in the underwriting process, the company said
“This is a superb milestone to ValueScape’s cutting-edge A.I. technology, we are reducing the time delays related to the collateral assessment for residential mortgage lending with A.I.-augmented inspection data from homeowners and real estate professionals,” ValueScape CEO William Leveson-Gower said.
