Dart Appraisal has promoted Mark Luckas to director of client services from senior account manager.
Luckas will oversee all client care activities for the appraisal management company, including client service delivery and management of the customer service team and client advocate group. He also will be responsible for creating best practices across the company’s client base to help promote strategic partner growth.
“In his 10 years with Dart Appraisal, Mark has proven himself as a true, nurturing leader and the consummate advocate for our clients,” Dart Appraisal Executive Vice President Michael Dresden said in a press release. “We are confident that Mark will not only maintain our reputation for superior customer service, but exceed expectations in the marketplace.”
For two decades, the company has combined customer service with innovative technology to deliver accurate and timely residential appraisals, it said in the release. Thousands of orders are tracked in real time using a proprietary order management platform designed and maintained by Dart Appraisal.
