Earlier this month, CoesterVMS unveiled its flat-fee appraisal payment structure to the industry. As with any fee-related news, there was some considerable appraisal industry backlash and questioning. A week later, CoesterVMS Chief Executive Officer Brian Coester penned a letter to the industry to clarifying the model.
