Valuation Partners announced that Jon Forrester has joined as vice president of valuation services, the company announced in a press release.
In his new role, Forrester will oversee the development and deployment of the company’s next generation of valuation tools, including hybrid appraisals, as well as help create new efficiencies in the appraisal process. He is a highly respected appraisal industry leader with more than 25 years of experience in valuation technology, real estate reporting and risk assessment, the company said.
Previously, he was vice president at Mueller Services, a provider of reports, risk assessment and valuations for the insurance and lending industries. For almost 20 years, Forrester also served as director of real property valuation services at Southwest Financial Services.
“Jon brings a high level of professionalism and talent to our company,” Valuation Partners CEO William Fall said in the release. “His extensive experience with serving the valuation needs of lenders and his attention to detail very much fits with our commitment to offering best-in-class services.”
Fall also pointed out that Forrester, in addition to helping Valuation Partners develop and deploy new valuation tools to clients so as to meet their current and future needs, will be heavily involved in creating new internal and external efficiencies in appraisal delivery.
“Valuation Partners has earned a well-deserved reputation for its commitment to quality, innovative technology and high-touch service,” Forrester said. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to create new appraisal products and services at the company, and I look forward to helping lenders access high-quality valuations they can trust at prices they can afford.”
Valuation Partners is a national appraisal management company with access to over 10,000 independent fee appraisers in all 50 states.
