The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) released the Fifth Exposure Draft of proposed changes to USPAP, and it is now available for review and comment, according to a release from TAF.
Public comments are critical to the development of new editions of USPAP, and the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) values all input it receives, TAF said.
The ASB is accepting all public comments until April 29. To submit a comment, click here and the ASB will review your feedback.
ASB Chair Michelle Czekalski Bradley and TAF Vice President of Appraisal Issues Lisa Desmarais will host a webinar to discuss this Exposure Draft on April 13, which Valuation Review will attend for the purpose of a follow-up feature with both the ASB and TAF.
