Hondros College of Business now offers online real estate pre-licensing courses for students looking to become licensed real estate professionals in Ohio, the college announced.
Identical to the Hondros classroom option, the online version is designed to accommodate the busy student in need of a flexible approach to high quality real-estate education. Students now have the option to take the real estate courses in the classroom, online or a combination of both.
“At Hondros, it’s all about the students, and we’re excited to expand our offerings to meet their needs,” Hondros College of Business President Tina Lapp said in the release. “It’s the same quality education we've always offered, with the added convenience of an online experience.”
Students can complete the Hondros real estate pre-licensing courses online at their own pace, or in as little as three weeks in the classroom. The program includes:
- 40 hours of Real Estate Principles and Practices;
- 40 hours of Real Estate Law;
- 20 hours of Real Estate Finance; and
- 20 hours of Real Estate Appraisal.
