Mortgage Network Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., has relocated its West Chester, Pa., branch office to Exton, in the heart of Chester County. Like all Mortgage Network offices, the Exton branch will help borrowers with their home financing needs by providing a full range of mortgage products, including conventional, non-conventional, government and reverse residential mortgage loans, the company announced in a release.
Based in Danvers, Mass., Mortgage Network provides mortgage banking services in more than 20 states through a wide variety of retail offices built to fit each local market.
The new office will be led by Chris Blanchard, who has been a district sales manager for Mortgage Network for the past three years. Prior to Mortgage Network, Blanchard held management positions with Wells Fargo, LoanDepot and American Home Mortgage.
“Exton is a central hub of Chester County, which is one of the hottest housing markets in the state,” Blanchard said in the release. “Despite a housing supply shortage, we believe the area’s strong job growth and low unemployment will continue to drive future home sales. We seek to hire new loan officers to grow this office, and we look forward to providing homebuyers in the area with the kind of unmatched customer service and operational excellence Mortgage Network is known for.”
