CoreLogic has integrated its Seek Now technology to the CoreLogic-Symbility Claims Connect workflow platform. Seek Now, formerly Ladder Now, joins a suite of solutions as part of the Digital Hub Alliance, a multi-tiered alliance program for InsureTech and third-party solution providers, and will be made available to all CoreLogic clients to help improve the speed and accuracy of claims settlements, the company announced in a release.
Through the integration, the task of manual data entry by the adjuster is removed, reducing risk of error and increasing turnaround time. The data captured during the home inspection is pushed securely to the Claims Connect platform which is used to automatically create estimates.
The policyholder benefits by receiving settlement at faster speeds, while insurance companies and adjusters gain direct access to a more streamlined and accurate workflow tool, CoreLogic stated.
“The claims process has been a traditionally time-consuming process for inside adjusters, resulting in poor homeowner satisfaction,” CoreLogic Product Management Senior Leader Pascal Begin said in the release. “The Digital Hub Alliance integration combines the speed and accuracy of the Seek Now claims process with the seamless workflow of CoreLogic-Symbility Claims Connect, setting a new industry standard.”
With the adoption of Seek Now capabilities into the CoreLogic-Symbility Claims Connect platform to help manage claim cycles, adjusters will be able to tap into a wider range of precise property and claims-related data to further enhance their data-driven approach to processing claims and unique customer experience.
“Our goal has always been to improve our customers’ experience by eliminating unnecessary steps in the claims process,” Seek Now CEO Russ Carroll said. “This integration enables us to complete the ‘last mile.’ From the first notice of a real-time weather event, all the way to the estimate, our mission is to be available instantly and shave days off the claim cycle. We’re excited to be working with CoreLogic to help streamline the claims resolution process.”
The integration is made possible through the Digital Hub Alliance program by CoreLogic and will be available within the Claims Connect platform in the second quarter of 2020.
