Class Valuation recently appointed Kaushal Shah to the company’s leadership team as chief technology officer. Shah is a global technology leader with more than 25 years of experience leading IT and marketing organizations, according to the company’s press release.
Kaushal brings extensive experience building formidable teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience with innovative solutions. At Class, Kaushal will lead the company’s digital transformation efforts with tech modernization, agile delivery, and data engineering to bring powerful solutions in the appraisal management space, the company stated.
“What excited me most were the conversations with Class and Gridiron Leadership during the interview process. I could sense the energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to an honest attempt to push the boundaries and lead the AMC space with great focus on technology and data,” Shah said in the release. “I feel there is unlimited opportunity to improve and expand the current set of products and solutions, especially with a renewed focus on data integration.”
Prior to joining Class, Shah led engineering and product teams in banking, telco, securities and brokerage domains. A big proponent of data-driven customer experience, Shah started his career at Indian Space Research Center developing algorithms using neural nets.
Shah’s leadership will be critical as Class Valuation continues to expand its pilot programs around the country and seeks nationwide adoption.
“At Class, we’ve been focused on leveraging data and technology to bring the appraisal space into the future for quite a while,” Class Valuation CEO John Fraas said. “With Kaushal’s leadership and experience in advanced technologies and building high-functioning teams, we’re really able to bolster our team to a new level.”
