Appraisal Logistics announced that Steven Rouse, a regional account manager for the Midwest, has been elected to the board of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) of Kansas City.
Rouse already serves as committee chairman for the MBA of St. Louis and president-elect of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (NAPMW) of the St. Louis greater area, the company announced in a release.
“My work for the past 20 years has been focused on supporting mortgage lenders in their efforts to serve homeowners, affordably and profitably,” Rouse said in the release. “It’s an honor to support the trade associations that exist to pursue that same goal. I feel very fortunate to be working alongside some of the most talented and hard-working executives in the industry.”
Both the Kansas City and St. Louis MBA are chapters of the Missouri Bankers Association. The organization was founded in 1891.
“I’m very pleased that Steven has stepped up to provide industry leadership,” Appraisal Logistics CEO Frank Danna said. “These organizations benefit hundreds of institutions across the state. That’s really what we’re in business to do. I’m very proud of his willingness to take on these additional responsibilities.”
Appraisal Logistics is a nationwide residential/commercial appraisal management company and provider of technology that allows lenders to manage their own collateral valuation departments.
