Accurity Valuation named Mark Verret as the company’s chief innovation officer, the company announced in a press release.
Verrett’s leadership will focus on the development and expansion of technology and processes to modernize the firm’s appraisal process.
“We are very excited for Mark to lead our firm in the innovation space,” Accurity CEO Michael Breidenbach said in the release. “Mark’s extensive level of experience in the analysis of the appraisal process will allow us to provide a level of speed and efficiency to our clients that are unmatched in the industry.”
Verrett is a second-generation practicing appraiser focused on modernization and efficiencies in the real estate space. Previously, he served as a director in a national real estate database company, leading the development of innovative software and applications in real estate, the company release stated.
Verrett was selected to serve the Appraisal Institute nationally as third director of Region VIII.
