Valuation Partners has hired James Flood as vice president of the company's Southeast U.S. region, the company announced
In his new role, Flood will be responsible for overseeing business development and new client services in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Florida, the company said.
Flood has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held executive roles at several large mortgage and mortgage technology companies.
“Jim is a consummate professional with an excellent understanding of what today’s lenders need from a valuation provider,” Valuation Partners CEO William Fall said in the release. “Given the breadth of his experience in the mortgage industry and track record of results, we believe Jim will be a huge contributor to our strategic growth.”
Most recently, Flood served as a regional sales director with Vantage Production, where he was the company’s top sales producer in 2017. He has also served as national sales director of InHouse and national accounts manager of AllRegs. Flood began his mortgage career as a correspondent account executive with Citigroup, where he exceeded the bank’s loan volume goals in the Southeast by over 150 percent.
“I am thrilled to be working with Bill and his team,” Flood said. “Valuation Partners is highly respected in the industry for its strong commitment to quality and tireless dedication to clients. I look forward to leveraging the company’s innovative valuation products and services to help more lenders achieve the appraisal results they are seeking.”
