Tyler Technologies, Inc. announced it has completed major building renovations of its Appraisal & Tax Division located in Moraine, Ohio, located in the Dayton metro area. The division’s building remodel will support its hiring projections for 2018 and beyond, which include adding approximately 80 people to support its appraisal and tax software and services, the company announced in a release.
Tyler purchased and moved into its current building location in 2012 and has modernized the entire office space over the past few years, creating a positive work environment for employees and attracting top talent in the Dayton area, including software development, support and implementation. The newly remodeled space is able to accommodate more than 200 employees, the release said.
“Our building remodel in Moraine underscores Tyler’s strong presence and commitment to this area,” said Mark Hawkins, senior vice president of software operations in Tyler’s Appraisal & Tax Division. “Our goal was to modernize the office by featuring state-of-the-art technology, a sleek design, and comfortable work spaces for our employees. We plan to attract roughly 80 people – many of which will be based out of our Moraine office this year – and continue to provide best-in-class solutions and services to our growing list of 465 appraisal and tax clients.”
Some features of the new space include:
- Adjustable sit-to-stand desks;
- Ergonomic chairs;
- Conference rooms equipped with wireless connections to facilitate untethered presentations;
- Semi-automated scheduling capabilities for booking one of the seven new conference rooms; and
- An updated fitness center, walking track and game room.
