BBG announced the appointment of Jack W. Bass II as senior managing director-healthcare for the firm.
With more than 30 years of experience, Bass has been involved in the appraisal and consultation of real estate and business properties nationally. Prior to joining BBG, Bass served as director of seniors housing and healthcare of Integra Realty Resources in Houston.
He is also HUD certified for the senior housing LEAN and MAP programs and holds other professional certifications. He also has performed Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance litigation support of hospital properties on a national basis.
Before joining Integra, Bass was vice president and regional manager for Bank of America's Commercial Appraisal Group in Houston. Earlier, he was an independent fee appraiser in Houston and Boston.
