Remine, a leading real estate technology company, joined North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), a regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS), in implementing Remine’s add/edit and RESO Web API solution to better serve its 38,000 members.
The partnership comes at a time when real estate professionals are demanding seamless solutions and cohesive end-to-end workflows that revolutionize the homebuying experience, the company announced in a release.
“Our product suite includes add/edit, database, API, SSO, compliance, document creation, eSignature, transaction management, and mortgage solutions – a single platform that can be tailored to serve a variety of needs,” Remine Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Spinetto said in the release. “Having NTREIS adopt our add/edit and API products reflects the necessity for innovative end-to-end solutions.”
Remine’s add/edit solution is mobile centric, which allows agents to start the listing from the listing appointment and finish it later. In addition, the listing input API allows vendors and brokers to submit listings via their internal tools, Remine said.
“We live in a day and age where consumers expect to see their real estate professional leveraging technology that is intelligently designed,” NTREIS CEO John Holley said. “Today’s consumers demand ease of use and take comfort in knowing that something won’t be scribbled down incorrectly – that a leaf of paper, tied to their future, can’t simply be misplaced.”
Key features that solve add/edit needs include inviting a photographer, uploading unlimited high-resolution images, videos and virtual tours.
“We are excited to equip NTREIS with technology that unlocks innovation across their marketplace,” Remine CEO Mark Schacknies said. “Our add/edit solution dramatically speeds the time it takes to create a listing, and our API is agile, well-documented and built to provide transparency.”
