ISGN Corp. announced the addition of former Xerox executive Nancy Alley as its chief product officer. In this role, Alley will oversee ISGN’s technology business unit, which includes all aspects of the mortgage life cycle from loan origination to servicing and default management, as well as construction lending, settlement services and vendor management.

Alley is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of diverse leadership and product management experience within the mortgage and financial services verticals. Most recently, she served as vice president and general manager for Xerox Mortgage Services, known for its BlitzDocs intelligent collaborative network, growing top line revenue and operating profit significantly over the last two years. Previously, Alley founded her own company, SignOnline Inc. that provided e-signature and e-record technology for the mortgage industry. The company was later acquired by Wave Systems where she stayed on for two years leading product management. Alley began her career with GE Capital’s mortgage business where she held a variety of roles spanning sales, product management and strategy.

Alley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan Business School and has been the recipient of several awards, including “Woman of Influence” by HousingWire Magazine and a “Tech All-Star” by Mortgage Banking Magazine. She was also awarded the 2011 Mortgage Technology Steve Fraser Visionary Award.

"Joining ISGN allows me the opportunity to align my product management expertise with my passion to drive innovative solutions throughout the entire mortgage value chain," Alley said. “Over the last year, the company has gained significant momentum, so becoming part of their team was a natural fit for me. I recognize ISGN’s potential for continued innovation and growth and look forward to being a part of their future success.”

“ISGN continues to rapidly grow, fueled by the increased demand for intelligent solutions across the mortgage industry,” said Ritesh Idnani, chief executive officer of ISGN. “To support that growth, we have a strong need to recruit the very best of the industry and continue to expand our leadership team. By appointing Nancy to oversee technology products, we are encouraged that her leadership will play a pivotal role in driving our next generation technology to help the industry return to a profitable housing market.”
