NDC has announced that it is creating a new brand for its research and valuation product, separate from the name of the company. Its research and valuation product had been known as NDC, but now will be known as Valu+.
The company said the product will have a slightly new look and feel, but will continue to provide the same public records data on more than 130 million parcels of land that customers have come to expect.
“NDC is evolving as a data driven, research company so we decided to rebrand our flagship product formerly known simply as NDC as Valu+,” Chief Operating Officer Brian L. Trotier said in a news release. “As NDC evolves we intend to release other new, branded tools and products, but Valu+ will continue to be NDC’s legacy for years to come.”
Beginning with the introduction of Valu+, NDC will begin introducing new products with standalone names and functions. Other new products coming from NDC are:
- List and Print is a tool for small business owners, allowing them to build affordable, targeted lead lists based off their current customers’ traits.
- House Detect is a risk management tool that combines data elements such as sound elements, AVMs, building permits, and more to provide a distinct property report.
- Comps+ is a consumer tool that provides consumers with the ability to see the same comps appraisers use in the valuation of a property.
