BBG announced the appointment of C. Grant Griffin to senior managing director at the firm’s Atlanta office. In his new role, Griffin will be responsible for overseeing BBG’s Southeastern operations with a focus on expanding the firm’s services in this region.
“We are delighted that Grant has agreed to join BBG, where he will play an active and important role in our leadership team and the firm’s overall growth strategy,” BBG President Chris Roach said in the company’s news release. “Grant’s ability to continually deliver for his clients and his extensive knowledge of virtually every type of commercial property will contribute tremendously to the momentum that BBG is building in the CRE market nationwide.”
Prior to joining BBG, Griffin served as a vice president at CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services division at its Atlanta office, where he was one of the firm’s top producers. He worked with all commercial property types at CBRE, including multi-family, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, special-purpose, subdivisions and land.
