In connection with the continuing revaluation of all Columbiana County properties in Youngstown, Ohio, appraisers are reviewing residential and agricultural properties in the four townships in the county, as well as East Liverpool.
“Residential and agricultural appraisers hired by the county are out in these areas with the objective of capturing accurate information concerning many homes and farms,” County Auditor Nancy Milliken told the Youngstown Vindicator.
Appraisers will be visiting property owners to interview them about particular characteristics of their home or farm. An on-foot/drive-by inspection of the exterior of the properties might be part of the process.
Milliken says it is important the appraiser in question has valid identification.
