Appraiser Jason Jay Langeliers has been included in Marquis “Who's Who” biographical volumes. An individual’s profile is selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process, according to a press release.

Before beginning his career, he completed college-level coursework in social work at Concordia University Portland, and in 2006 he became a certified residential appraiser through a program in Washington. During this time, he bolstered his education by working as an office staff member at an appraisal company, helping to develop his new skills.
In 2006, Langeliers established Solidrock Appraisal Inc. The company specializes in residential appraisals and acreage appraisals for clients in Clark County and Southern Cowlitz County, Wash. Langeliers provides valuations for insurance, tax, and legal purposes, including proceedings related to marriages, divorces, and deaths.
