Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) expanded its valuation and advisory (V&A) practice with the addition of 10 valuation professionals with specializations ranging from appraisal reviews for complex property tax assessment appeals and other forms of litigation; airports and support facilities; retail centers; single- and multi-tenant industrial and office developments; big box retail uses and mixed-use and special-purpose properties.
The new hires will be based in the new St. Charles, Ill., office, according to a release on the NKF website.
The new members of NKF V&A, all joining from RVG Commercial, LLC, are Edward Kling, Peter Helland and Michael Lysien as senior vice presidents; Keith Stewart, Donald DiNapoli and Scott Kling as vice presidents and Steve Bloch, Michael Crum, Agnieszka Jurowska and Brenda Culotta as senior analysts.
The new hires will be led by John Mackris, senior managing director and NKF V&A market leader for Illinois, Kansas and Missouri, the company stated.

Kling served as president of RVG Commercial for nearly 20 years, bringing 30 years of appraisal experience and specializes in commercial real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews for property tax assessment appeals and other forms of litigation.
