Leading global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International Group Inc. has added the Collateral Valuation Consultants (CVC) team to Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services (CIVAS).
CVC has provided evaluation services throughout the southeastern U.S since 2013. The addition of the CVC team brings a best-in-class web-based evaluation platform, which Colliers will offer to new and existing clients across the U.S., CIVAS announced in a press release.
“CVC will expand our product offerings and provide further value to our clients,” Jeremy Walling, head of valuation at Colliers, said in the release. “In addition, it will present more opportunities for our traditional valuation work as our presence in this space expands. We’re excited to welcome Aaron Dunn and the talented CVC team to Colliers, who will without a doubt, bring significant value to our clients on a national scale.”
Arizona-based CVC brings a number of valuation professionals to Colliers. Aaron Dunn, who founded CVC in 2013, will join Colliers, a leading global real estate services and investment managing company, as managing director and will lead the service line’s initiative to expand upon innovative evaluation technology offerings, a product type that is expected to increase in demand over the coming years.
CVC has evaluated more than $3 billion worth of real estate collateral since its inception.
“CVC is thrilled to join the Colliers team, which will allow us to help improve our product offering by leveraging Colliers’ size, existing infrastructure, knowledge and expertise from around the world,” Dunn said. “We will be able to diversify our offerings and expand our footprint, enabling us to better provide clients with the highest quality valuation solutions.”
