Cushman & Wakefield expanded its Puget Sound appraisal team with the addition of three professionals.
Kevin Nowadnick, Jennifer Forschler and Lauren Sanders joined the firm’s valuation and advisory practice in Seattle, the company announced in a release.
“Our clients are looking for a full range of services and expertise – adding this new talent strengthens our existing team and helps us better support those clients,” Cushman & Wakefield’s Elizabeth Champagne said in the release.
Nowadnick has performed appraisals on a wide variety of commercial properties for clients throughout the state of Washington. His experience covers assignments including multifamily residential, office, retail, industrial, land and proposed development. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served at Lamb Appraisal Associates in Seattle.
Forschler has been appraising in the Seattle and Bay Area markets since 2005. In Seattle, her appraisal practice has been primarily in multifamily. Sanders joins from Kidder Mathews, where she was an associate appraiser, the company said.
