Exceleras, the creator of the DispoSolutions Real Estate Owned (REO) ValueSolutions Collateral Valuation and ClearView Offer Management platforms, released a scheduled software update to its DispoSolutions REO software. The updated functionality increases user ability to create and manage custom tasks, making the application more flexible and configurable to meet changing user needs, the company announced in a release.
In addition, recent updates streamline the eviction process.
"After many years of use by our default servicing customers, DispoSolutions has evolved to perfectly fit their standard workflows," Exceleras Chief Operating Officer Amy Bergseth said in the release. "As we continue to add customers from different parts of the real estate industry, flexibility in the form of custom task generation has become more important.
“Conversations with our new users have confirmed this. The additional functionality added in this latest update makes it easier than ever for users to create their own tasks and track the work for any part of the real estate asset management or disposition processes,” Bergseth added.
Any kind of custom task can be created, allowing servicers to set up tasks that can be sent to the internal staff, agents, other service providers, or their clients and investors. Users have control over how the tasks are automated, how they appear in work queues and what data or information must be included for completion. A full audit trail is automatically generated for every custom task, the company said in the release.
This new functionality allows users to create custom workflows easily, automating their processes as they see fit and customizing the experience for everyone in the value chain. In addition, the Eviction Property Details page has been redesigned with a new look and feel for both REO staff users and eviction companies. Eviction companies will update eviction data directly on the Property Details page after accepting a task on a property, and the default servicing or asset management team will know immediately.
"I'm very pleased with the way our team has been maintaining our regular schedule of software updates," Exceleras President and CEO Michael Harris said. "Our software, like the businesses each of our clients runs, is a living thing that must evolve to meet the changing requirements of the market and our customers. We accomplish that with these regular updates. Feedback from our customers tells us that our software is keeping pace with their changing needs."
