The 2019 Appraisal Institute (AI) conference, “Climbing Even Higher,” will get underway from the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Denver. Appraisers will gather in the Mile High City for three days of informative sessions and networking to enhance their businesses.
A Monday night opening reception from Coors Field, home to Major League Baseball’s Colorado Rockies, will kick things off with appraisers and valuation professionals engaging in a relaxed, social and fun networking atmosphere from the ballpark hoping to make new business connections leading to prosperous business relationships.
Keynote speaker, entrepreneur, artist, and accident survivor Allison Massari, will give an inspirational message to the audience on finding peace, purpose and happiness-a must for anyone’s business. There will be various speakers covering topics such as federal property valuations, office (business) security, rippling effects of legalization and regulation, labor laws, the appraisal in the legal arena, artificial intelligence, and much more.
“Bringing Appraisals into the Modern Era” and “The Modern Appraisal Practice: Selling a Product, a Service, or a Solution” should be two interesting topics as appraisers are constantly confronted with the thought of just where will the industry be taking them in the years to come.
