HYPERAMS, LLC announced that Dan Quirk has joined the firm as managing director of valuations, business development. In his new role at HYPERAMS, Quirk will focus on driving continued and future sales growth of the company’s appraisal division, managing the division’s business development operations, as well as establishing productive relationships with existing and new clients across the country, the company announced in a release.
Prior to joining HYPERAMS, Quirk was the managing director of business development following the merger of AccuVal-LiquiTec and Gordon Brothers. He has managed business development activities in the Midwest for the past 16 years, including working with lenders, private equity sponsors, law firms and turnaround firms, facilitating upwards of 5,000 deals with over $20 billion in asset value.

Earlier in his career, Quirk was a multi-disciplined appraiser and consultant for other valuation and appraisal firms. In addition to his business roles, he is invested in professional development and is a member of several industry organizations. He is an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers.
